Bruschetta
1 loaf of french bread
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
5 plum roma tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Ground salt and pepper to taste
Butter (We use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter)
Onion powder
1 bottle of moscato (for drinking while making)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut up french loaf into about 1/2 inch slices. Spread a little bit of butter and sprinkle a little bit of onion powder on each slice. Place bread in oven for 7 minutes. Dice tomatoes, garlic, and basil leaves. Combine in bowl and add in Parmesan, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. After the bread comes out, just put the mixture on top and enjoy!
So, on television tonight I am going to watch the latest episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and I am beyond excited. It's the little things in life. This ones my favorite. I think we can relate to each other in that we are both just a little bit crazy and super protective of our sisters.

That sounds yummy! I'll have to try that soon! Won't wait until it snows here because we would never try it.
